H1N1 Flu Information
West Virginia University takes seriously the recent spread of the H1N1 virus and urges participants and guests to take precautions to protect yourselves. We are following the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, WVU Healthcare officials, and the Monongalia County Health Department. Based on this advice, West Virginia University urges those who are ill to not attend scheduled events and for all guests to practice basic good-hygiene practices to prevent the spread of potential viruses. Note that hand sanitizer will be available in procession line-up locations during commencement weekend.
